We are following all policies put in place by the province and the city, and doing our best to protect our staff, customers and the people of Vancouver.
1. We are strongly encouraging use of our convenient services that don't require you to browse at the store. We have our entire new catalog of records, and all art supplies available on our website, 5000 used records on our discogs, and tons of stock not listed online available if you contact the store. If you know what you want, consider our free delivery ($20 minimum) or curb-side pick up (free) options. More information here on these policies. If you live outside of the Lower Mainland, we are still offering free shipping anywhere in USA & Canada with $100 purchase. These policies apply to Website, Discogs, or phone/email purchases.
2. Our storefront is now open on a limited basis. We are accepting 6-10 people in the store at a time, so long as people can effectively social distance. Please wait outside until you are directed by staff for entry. If you are waiting outside for entry, please observe social distancing. If you are browsing in the store, use of hand sanitizer is required before entry (you provide or we provide). Social distancing is strictly enforced, please stay the required distance away from staff and other customers. Our staff is required to be healthy to work, and frequent hand washing and use of hand-sanitizer is mandatory. We are cleaning all surfaces rigorously after every customer visit.
